Tossing up between these Intel/AMD Builds - First time builder

I'm tossing up between these two build one with Intel one with AMD, which is best??

Both under $1000, the power supply I'm happy with but I'm not sure about the Cpu's/ motherboards and also the graphics card.

I'm only going to be using it for some graphic design work with no major gaming and just general use

Love to see another Aussie. I would aim for a CPU that has hyperthreading which is the Inetl i3-3220. So I would definitely go with that.

I also believe you missed out the RAM in the Intel build. ;)
