Depending on where that info is sourced from, it sounds incorrect. The FPS difference indicated so.

What is the graphics card usage and temperature when running Furmark? (GPU under max strain)

What temps? Might be throttling due to temperature?

i dont got furmark sorry :/  but maybe i have figured it out regards that it maybe will comeback... cuze i set the settings in nvidia control panel to "normal" or i clicked the button: reset ... so now its getting the 80-135 fps again but im worried about if it will comeback as i have mentioned... but could it be something about triple buffering or something?

I would download furmark (aka floating donut) and test your card for the max temp.
