water cooler pump speed

I have an cooler master 280l water cooler. Im new to water cooling. Can you change the pump speed, couse my is stuck on max 6800 rpm? Are the pump speeds fixed to only one speed or are they changeble? It doesnt change no mater what.

They are not supposed to be changed, I have a corsair h60 and it doesn't change either. By the way, the speed of the pump DOES NOT CHANGE THE COOLING PERFORMANCE, like 0% so don't worry

Many pumps do not support variable speed. Even when they do, most people simply set it to max and leave it. Unlike fans, pumps are quiet.
