I really dont know which one to buy ,I got i5 as my CPU and i am now earning to buy a GPU but dont know which one should i buy,In my city AMD cards are a bit rare.

I'd grab a 7870, the overall better card of the two. If your going to be doing more software related tasks the GTX 660 may be better suited for you. That cooled model does not only just cool well, it looks cool!

I need it mostly for gaming but i heard that AMD cards go overheat and does a kind of noise,is that true ?

many rumours arise, but that is not entirely true. Heat is only an issue with AMD stock coolers, that cooler is most certainly fine. All cooler fans will be somewhat noisy.

I have just saw a guy selling his 7870 Card and he said he used it for more than 2 years, Does that effect the card itself ?

A card that has been used will effect the lifetime of course, and also warranty may not apply.
