So after 3 years my old gaming laptop has finally given up on me, and since it already needed replacement I've decided to went for a desktop this time around for better performance.
So after some research of available sites within my country I found a custom build pc offering me two possiblities.
The first one is as following:
Cooler Master K-380 Advanced 3.0
Intel® Core™ i5 4690K 3.50 Ghz
Cooler Master TX3 evo
ASUS B85M-G
Crucial Ballistix Sport 12GB DDR3-1600
Nvidia GTX 770 2GB
SSD Crucial M500 120GB
Asus Xonar DG
700 Watt Cooler Master

Or:
Cooler Master K-380 Advanced 3.0
Intel® Core™ i7 4790K 4.0 GHz
Cooler Master TX3 evo
ASUS B85M-G
Crucial Ballistix Sport 12GB DDR3-1600
Nvidia GTX 760 2GB
SSD Crucial M500 120GB
Asus Xonar DG
700 Watt Cooler Master

So I have to choose between processor and video card, any suggestions?
Also, this is a gaming PC aimed towards playing MMORPGS (WoW, LoL, Dragon nest, PWI, Aion etc.)

Hi. SOrry to hear about your PC failure, but at least that means a new one. :)

What is your complete budget?
Are you in the US?

I am going to ask and suggest things in order of importance.

1. PSU : What EXACT Coolermaster is that?
550W is MORE than enough, 700W is overkill.
A good quality PSU is extremely important.

2. An I5 is PERFECTLY enough for gaming, an I7 is NOT worth the extra cost.
There is no point in getting a K-edition CPU unless you get a Z97 motherboard to go with it.
Get an H97 board, and a non-K CPU like the I5-4460 if you do not plan on overclocking.
If you want to overclock you need a Z97 board AND K-edition CPU.

3. Graphics card : The GTX970 is what you should be aiming for, not the GTX770. They should be almost the same price.

4. Sound card : Unless you are getting a proper DGX or better class sound card, forget getting one, the onboard sound on modern boards match entry level sounds cards.

5. SSD : The Crucial MX110 is currently cheaper and better than the M500. But not much better. Get whichever is cheaper.

6. Cooler. The TX3 EVO is a waste of money.
If you do not plan to overclock, do not bother with an aftermarket cooler.
If you DO get a Z97 and K-edition CPU, get a Hyper 212 EVO for mild overclocking, or Noctua NH-D14 for more.

7. Stick to 2x4GB of RAM, this lets you benefit from dual channel performance.
12GB will not run dual channel unless configured as 2x2GB and 2x4GB, which is pointless.
8GB is also more than enough for 99% of people.

Right so thats it.

Questions?

Listen to Novuake, I agree with everything he said.

And with the money you save from taking less ram and no cpu cooler, you should add an hdd because I don't know will you have engouh space on that sdd with all those games.

Thanks for answers, my options are somewhat limited (I live in The Netherlands btw) and I got one site which has a good reputation which is this one: http://pc-samenstellen.nl/intel-game-computer?tab=configuratie#samenstellen

And yeah I save some money but tbh I'd rather use that on the recommended video card instead than more storage, considering I always only have about 5 games on it, then once I'm done with them I delete and sell them (MMORPS don't take that much space anyway).
My budget is 1300 euro.

Anyway following Novauke's suggestion, it would look something like this:
Cooler Master K-380 Advanced 3.0
Intel® Core™ i7 4790 3.6 GHz OR Intel® Core™ i5 4460 3.2 GHz (second one is probably the one I'll be going with)
ASUS B85M-G
Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB DDR3-1866
Nvidia GTX 970 4GB
SSD Crucial M500 120GB
Cooler Master 600 (B series, model is RS-600-ACAB-D3)
It also included a monitor (21,5 Inch BenQ GL2250M Full-HD LED)
