Can you go into disk management and blow away the partition(on that drive), and re-create the partition and then format it.

Hey there, nickbandit!

If you are able to see it in the BIOS and Disk management, but it most probably says unallocated.
However, you should be able to Right-click on the bar where it says "Unallocated" and choose "New Simple Volume" while in the Disk management tool. This will open a setup wizard that will actually format your HDD.
Can you see that and can you open it?
