What says "frequency out of range?"
Is that the entire text of the message? Is there any indication which frequency it is talking (figuratively) about? That's awfully vague.

Have you indulged in overclocking?

Is it the same PC at office and home, or two different ones?

This sound like the video driver doesn't understand your monitor and needs the correct driver installed.

My PC is running at normal speed i.e. no overclocking.
I'm talking about the same PC i.e. the same monitor and CPU works fine at office but at home it shows message "frequency out of range ... 60Hz".
