How much can i overclock

I've got a Core2 Duo processor orginally 2.53ghz but managed to OC it to 3.22Ghz
With my 450 W PSU
how much can i tweak the processor to minimise its bottelnecking with GTX 750ti at it's best?

Try to take it as high as possible, while being stable with tolerable temps (75C max). The higher you go, lower the bottleneck. The current OC is fine to minimize bottleneck, if you can go further, no harm.

After 4hrs of prime software test, the processor temp is stable at 70-80 C
Above this frequency, MY PC WONT BOOT

So this is probably the highest OC you can get, its a fine one, keep it on that.

How much fps am i expected to get in games coming in november like far cry 4, AC unity, GTA 5?

Fine FPS (40+) on medium-high settings, if they're not overly CPU intensive.

All seem to be CPU intensive, still will i be able to get 30 fps in medium settings?
