i am finding a PS Vita or psp emulator (already found PS2 emulator)

this is my pc spec (ensure i can run the emulator)
CPU - i7 3370
GPU -GTX 750 TI
RAM -8GB(2x4)
OS-window 8.1

i got my (ps2) controller

any help is welcomed !

For PC and Android I can only recommend PPSSPP. Works like a charm. On PC I can upscale Final Fantasy Type 0 to look like a PS2 game with HD textures, which is nice :3 On my Galaxy S3 I can run it without problem, though touchscreen is not suitable for most games but turned based RPG-s like Persona3, Valkyria Chronicles 2,3; Disgaea 1,2 are pretty easy to handle.

Not PS3 nor Vita are emulated yet, and the currently available PSP ones are rather buggy or incompatible with many of its latest games. PS3 has only 1 embryonal state emulator capable of playing some tech demos, but that's that.

Besides, they're relatively recent systems, there simply can't be any working emulator...
You should Google a bit for yourself and start by learning the basics about emulators, so that you can understand why this happens.
