Pretty solid build! The build below is a slightly different take. Changed from a 27" to 24" monitor and added water cooling and an SSD. Obviously you could scratch the H110 and cut a bit out of the costs. The 212 EVO or Noctua D15 would be the two I would choose between...

Thanks I will considered the 24" minotor to go with the SSD. I won't overcloak for the first year . i will buy the H100 in 1 year maybe. Does 8 Go ram is good for photoshop and other graphic design program. There won't be 3d modeling

Not sure. 8GB very well may be just fine for what you will be doing... I doubt DDR3 prices will drop much with the introduction of DDR4 so adding more later or buying 16GB now is likely a wash when comparing costs.

IMHO if you don't go with a top cooling solution now, people typically won't make that upgrade down the road. Stick with the 212 EVO and don't worry about swapping it out later. You should be able to pull 4.5GHz without much effort... Upgrading to the H110 (not H100i) later would allow for a slightly higher overclock, but not leaps and bounds better to justify the cost. Maybe the better justification for that upgrade would be around case temps or fan noise, but in your case I really doubt either will be a problem.
