hey guys, im building a gaming pc and I don't know what processor is better for gaming, the AMD FX-6350 or 8320? and it is between these two so I don't want any intel fanboys telling me to buy an i7 or something like that. I'm also not going to overclock it and I want to play games like bf4 with it.

More about : amd 6350 8320

8320 is stronger.

FX 8, FX 6 competes with i3, 8 competes with i5, and it simply can't win on stock speeds, not being a fanboy, but if you're not willing to OC, seriously consider i5.

I have an am3+ socket, idk if there are any i5 cpus for that and i5 isn't really my budget. but here is the thing the fx6 is slight;y faster but the fx8 has 2 more cores, so between these two, what's more useful for gaming?

FX 8 is more useful, the analogy of AMD cores is a bit tricky, FX 8 has quad core performance and 6 has tri core performance. And what MoBo do you have? Some like ASROCK 990FX EXTREME3 are not fit for FX 8.

The M5A97 LE r2.0 is a 4+1 power phase design motherboard with no heatsinks on the mosfets. its not a good board for overclocking but if you plan to use a <100W cpu at stock settings it should be good enough (I would strongly advise you against sticking a 125W fx cpu in this motherboard regardless of how you plan to use it)

so what motherboard will it be? and I'm not going to overclock at all, I've never done it and don't want to either.

LE version has only 4+1 power phases, not fit for FX 8, it supports it, but the experience is not enjoyable, it'd be a hefty task to make it stable. The LE version that only has the 4pin CPU power plug, it may have not enough power for the CPU. That board is not meant for OCing in first place, so you may be fine on stock, but there have been bad experiences with that board with a FX 8 on, not scaring anyone, its a known issue that no cooling on Mofsets and VRM is not great for 125W+ CPUs.
