ASUS Strix 970: 2x 6-pin pci-e to 1x 8-pin pci-e

I know this subject has been discussed ad-nauseam but I am having trouble finding a Y cable to combine two 6 pins into an 8 pin for my Strix 970. Please link. I have also checked the power requirements and am fairly confident this power supply will do the trick:

The only ones I seem to be able to find are the other way around 1 8-pin to 2 6-pin.

Get a power supply , that has the proper PCIE connections for the card.

I appreciate your answer but you haven't given it any context.

If you are simply saying that the cable doesn't exist - fair enough.

If you are suggesting that for power requirements - some older PSUs will handle it just fine. I could Frankenstein an 8 pin from 2 6-pins and get the same result (they all draw from the same rail).

If I do end up getting a PSU it will probably be a Seasonic. Any recommendations?
