Keep in mind that I will be running stock for a good while till I can get my hands on proper cooling materials for OC. I currently have a Coolermaster V550w psu at Amazon. Should I go for a safer 650w for future OC? Here's my build atm with the 650w.

Tis rather apparent that my knowledge in PSUs aren't so keen, so thanks to anyone who assists!

The V550w can run those specs easily , when you go beyond stock settings then upgrade , the 550w can handle the build at stock.

Thanks! I had a similar feeling. However, is it not safer that I go 650 for future OC? Or will a 650w PSU degrade performance for a build that's running stock? I don't mind adding $10 for an extra 100w.

Yes if you plan to overclock get the 650 for sure.
