Is this build good/safe for overclocking?

This is my build and i know there are a bit of mistakes here and there like the use of 1x8gb ram but never mind that. Im wondering if its good for overclocking? More importantly, is it safe for overclocking? Is the quality of all parts good enough not to damage anything?

Hehehe no. By what paranoid delusion have you convinced yourself that any overclocking whatsoever is ever going to be completely safe?

All you can do is ask whether you will have sufficient cooling for the level of OC you intend to do (which you did not tell) and whether you intend to OC just one thing or all of them (which you also didn't tell).

But for the CPU, yes its adequate.
