For the same price on Newegg, 2133Mhz RAM, which would perform better in games like: TF2, CSS, CSGO, and Skyrim @ 900p?

The A8-7600 should perform better. Both APUs have the same amount of GPU cores, but the A10 has VLIW4 and the A8 has GCN 1.1 which is better.

You should consider building a gaming PC with a discrete GPU instead using an APU.

What's your budget?

The A8-7600 will have the edge with gaming, thanks to the better iGPU. The edge won't be huge, though. However, if you have a Motherboard that supports iGPU overclocking, like the the ASUS A88X-Plus (or Pro), you can still overclock the iGPU for further gains.

The biggest advantage of the A8-7600, though, is the lower power consumption, and better Dual Graphics options for future additions - not that many people consider that a bonus.

The 7600 is the far better solution, it's iGPU is actually pretty strong when paired with DDR3-2133 memory.

If you're planning to OC, then go with the A10-5800K. It is an unlocked APU, so it's easy to OC. The A8-7600 is locked, so you can only play with the base clock.
