So, I upped the Core Voltage by 10mv and the power limit to 105%, the core clock is around 1330 (still messing with it) and memory 3600. How much headroom do I have with Core Voltage and power limit? Should i be scared to go higher or what should I do? Is it safe to go to 20, 30 , 40 MV more voltage? (MSI GTX 970 btw)

Thanks.

try with no voltage until it crashes, then consider voltage increases.

I did that and it crashed, so I upped to what I said above and it seems fine. By the way, I have it set to a core clock of 1330 but when i run Furmark and GPU-Z it is saying the clock speed is 1478?? What does that mean? Turbo?

Most Gtx 970 are voltage locked at the hardware level. So sliding the Core voltage and power limit to max is safe as long as cooling isn't a problem.

By increasing the power limit, all you're doing is trying to keep your card at it's mx boost state while under heavy load.

Core voltage will cap out at where it is locked at the hardware level. You can test this with MSI Afterburner
