My xp is hanging a lot, (opening a folder, program, etc) when I press ctrl alt del I see QUICK LAUNCH , I kill it, and pc becomes responsive again.
A doctor watson process appears (often several of them)

Is very annoying!!!!

Dr watson logs has lots of erros

Watson is what logs everything, it's just what Microsoft decided to call it. Now the reason you're seeing so many errors is simply because Watson is logging it.

I'm probably going to get a LOT of hate on here for this, but I'm completely serious about it and you should be too. Upgrade your computer to a newer version of Windows(Preferably the latest version(8.1) only because it's going to be supported much longer).

If the computer you're using came with XP then odds are that the hardware isn't very good, simply because XP is obsolete now.

Unless the computer came with XP and has poor hardware, then you should upgrade the OS. Even to Vista would be an improvement(Post SP2 Vista that is). Windows 8.1 you can purchase for around $80 so I'd recommend that to you, again ONLY if your computer has new enough hardware, otherwise please take my word and invest in a new computer.

If you need any additional help or care to ask any more questions please feel free to do so.
