Apologies if this is in the wrong section, but I don't know where to post since I am new to this forum.

I'll try and explain everything to the best of my ability and I would like to thank you in advance for any responses/feedback you can give on helping me fix my issue.

I will start from the time of purchasing my USB drives all the way up until the problem. I ran to Staples to pick up 2 USB drives (I had planned on beginning to use the TAILS OS). I get home, set -up the one USB drive to have the TAILS OS on it. I go into my computer BIOS, set the computer to boot from the USB, and restart. The computer boots into the newly configured TAILS. From this point, I was basically just fiddling around with the features of TAILS. When I decided I was done for the moment, I shut down the OS. Upon restarting my computer, it booted into something called the 'EFI Shell'. This is the problem. My keyboard and mouse are no longer recognized by the USB ports on my computer. Everything but the keyboard and mouse are recognized (my ext. HDD, my Blue Snowball, etc.). I've tried two different keyboards and nothing has been working, I even attempted to reset the CMOS. Due to my keyboard not working I am not able to get into BIOS or even navigate the EFI Shell.

Again, thank you for any input you can provide.
