Hey all, a few weeks ago I posted about an electrical buzz that I assumed was the power supply, I have since replaced the psu with a much nicer and better quality one, to find the problem still persists.
I have a small feeling it's my gpu.
This is a video of the sound I'm getting, though it is not my video, nor my power supply.

This video outlines it as the psu.
My old psu was a novatech 500w game station psu. So I replaced it at the advice of a member on where, to a xfx xxx 650w psu. But as stated the noise is still there.
I do think it maybe my gpu, could anyone help me please?.
Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't know how to update the bios if I tried, would be worried about breaking something haha.

I just sat and played with some settings on my pc, and have managed to stop this happening on desktop. I went into my power options and came off of maximum performance, and went to balanced. To which made the noise stop, I sat there flicking between them both, and every time it would stop again, so I have left my pc in balanced mode.
