Water cooling questions

Hello everyone, I am currently looking into making my computer a "hot rod". I am wondering with this kit http://www.frozencpu.com/products/20927/ex-wat-267/XSPC_Raystorm_750_EX420_Universal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_New_Rev_4_Pump_Included_w_Free_Dead-Water.html?tl=g30c83s137
Does this come with everything needed and is there anything else I should purchase to make it better. I want blue lines to glow and not sure if I should do it on the hoses or if I should buy the fluid and use clear tubes. Any help is welcome. I am relatively new to water cooling as it is.

I wouldn't get any of the options listed on that page except for maybe the silver kill coil. You'll definitely need something, but if I were you I would get one of the plugs instead of having something sitting in the res. Something like this:

But It isn't a major difference either way. The drops work as well if you don't like either of those options but I personally don't like the idea of turning the water toxic.

1. Yes.
2. Not sure what you mean. It's a kit; pretty much everything in it could be upgraded to something better.
3. Monsoon makes fittings that will put lights inside the tubes themselves so with clear tube, they glow whatever color the lights are. They work okay in the dar but are best for short runs.

Well what I mean is there are quite a few more options below it that I can add. Not sure if any of those other options should be included. Like I said rather new to the idea and want to make sure I buy everything at once and not have to come back and buy pieces here and there.
