When I boot my PC, nothing on the desktop shows up. I have tried running task manager to see if explorer,exe is there, but task manager won't load either. I have done a system restore, memory diagnostics, and nothing works. I can, however, run windows in safe mode with command prompt. When doing this I can run task manager and star explorer.exe, but when I restart, same issue. I am lost. I am pretty computer savvy myself, and this has me stumped! Help!
