As the title suggests I'm at a loss as t what is going on. I removed the PSU and tested it...it was fine. I removed every component except the motherboard, psu, and graphics card. I only plugged in the 20-24 pin connector and it powered on and stayed on for a lengthy period of time. I then seated the RAM and powered on and it was just fine. I plugged in the 4+4 pin connector...still good. Then I plugged the power and SATA to DVDRW...still running good. Finally I plugged in the DVI cable and the power/SATA to a brand new HDD and then I startup and it powers off shortly after. What do you think it is? Really in need of a solution. Btw this is an XFX motherboard, cooler master gx650w psu, nvidia video card, nvidia cooler master case, core i5 6GB RAM.

Tell Me your specs from head to toe. It could be that your PSU isn't properly supplying power and shutting down.
