Good ~$1400 gaming pc?

I made some slight changes. Let me know what you think. I used the extreme4 motherboard which I believe has more phases for better OC'ing, a different cpu cooler, and a fully modular power supply. Also I used the Asus 970. Evga seems to have problems with theirs.
