The rest of my parts are below in my signature. I have an i5-4690 which is not overclocked. Well i was playing the SIms 4 on Ultra using the CPU and its integrated Graphics which is HD 4600 because my MSI R9-280 is not here yet and the CPU reached temperatures between 40 and 49 degrees, is this ok or is it running too hot? Also do CPU`s get much hotter when you use their Integrated Graphics?

Ok thanks man :) I did not know if i needed to buy a better cooler. Also one more question, i have a decent quality ram its 8GB and for some reason my PC is always using around 7GB of it no matter what i am doing. DO i need 32GB of RAM that way i can use Facebook and Youtube? I am so angry because when i look in task manager and add everything up i am only using around 1GB of memory not 7GB :'( i just built my PC today so i hope its not the memory breaking :(

Your Pc will consume the Ram for the tasks It is running in the background, no matter how many Rams you add in it. The more task will be there the more ram your Pc will consume. Sometimes when you buy a branded Pc or new Pc the updates and more different task will be running the background without any precaution notice. just avoid them for a while let those task completed you will be all fine.
