Hi so i had Red Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB ram 9-9-9-24 (cmz8gx3m2a1600c9) for a while and decided to increase my ram size to 16 gb and went ahead bought the same ram with same timings (cmz8gx3m2a1600c9) but with a different color this time. I noticed however in cpu-z and aida64 the xmp profile differs (1.2vs1.3) and that the v1.3 profile has different RC, RFC, RRD, and FAW than the v1.2 profile. Will this cause any problems?

Probably. That's why mobo makers only recommend tested kits.

Put it in and run your PC. Any problems, then remove what you put in.

Well both products are listed as 9-9-9-24 @1.5v &1600mhz but when i load aida 64 or cpu-z the advanced timings for the xmp profile are different. They are identical other than color and purchase date (same serial numbers too)

You should talk to Corsair.
