So, about an hour ago I started playing some CS:GO and out of nowhere my GPU started to sound like its running at 100%, I have never heard it this loud even when im playing games for hours, I checked AMD CCC and its saying my fan speed is 20%. I shut my computer off, let it sit for about it minute and when I turned it on my GPU is still sounding like its going at 100%. Its so loud I can barley even hear my HDD load things.

Make a custom fan profile in TriXX OC software, the auto fan control may instigate the fast fan speeds.

If you can do without CCC, do so. It seems to be real buggy.

Just installed triXX and that actually works in controlling fan speeds. So I opened up my computer just now and looked at the fans..I notice that the middle fan is the only one that looks and feels like its running at 100%..I put fan speed to 0% (I thought it would stop the normal acting ones) but it did make them go considerably slower while the middle fan still looked and felt like it was stuck at 100%. I also just tried to play another game of CSGO, it ran pretty ok and suddenly the noise stopped..but then it kicked in a few minutes later.

Im guessing I should just RMA unless there are other things I can try?

middle fan sounds faulty. I'd just replace the card (RMA).
