Based on what I see, you should be running with cas latency at 9 but it shows 11; you must turn on your xmp profile in the bios and update to see if you can get the better timings to show. Your speed is fine but you have "loose" timings for what you paid for.

How do i do that? And the Speed and voltage are good i just need to change it to 9-9-9-24?

go into your bios and look for xmp. It should look something like this:
http://media.bestofmicro.com/I/H/345401/original/asus_p...

That's for an Asus motherboard but if your's isn't there should still be something similar

XMP is an auto setting to get what you paid for so you don't manually have to adjust the timings, voltages, etc. Your ram as paid for is rated to run at 1600MHz cas 9 at 1.5v so simply changing the default to the xmp profile should fix that for you.

Only one set of timings can be configured. As long as both of your sticks are identical, it should work just fine.

It will setup both sticks onto the xmp profile assuming they are the same.
