In the 100-150$ range please.
Made a list of the ones I thought were the best, but not so sure due to my lack of knowledge. I used "http://gpuboss.com/compare-gpus" to compare cards.

My list:
1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
4. Tom's Hardware's recommendation:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-car...
^ it recommends the "Radeon HD 7750" and "Radeon R7 250x"

My current card:
Radeon HD 7750:

If you have a better card in mind than the ones I listed, please let me know.

PowerColor AX7850 is certainly the best of those. The R7 260X is the level below the 7850.

that's god enough. I'd grab the 7850 or as another user suggested the R7 265 (GDDR5 Variant).

Good buy, the 7870GHz is a great card, even though refurbished.

R9 270x better than 7870GHZ but if you want below $150 you better get the 7870GHZ.
