My current config is
AMD Fx-4100.
4gb ram (2gb x 2) This ram.
ati Hd 5450.
450w Stock PSU.
Stock Cabinet.
2Tb Hdd + 500Hdd.
Dell s2240l 21.5" monitor.
Motherboard - GA-78LMT-S2PT

I am planing to buy and i have budget
ATI R9 270 This one or This one
Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU This one
Cabinet This one

My question is Which GFX should i choose the MSI one or the Sapphire one??
and is my PSU and Cabinet alright??
And i can squeeze some more money to upgrade one of the following for now
Ram or CPU.
Ram :- HyperX fury 8 gb
Cpu :- FX-4300 or 6300 (depending on the money i can get)

Should i keep my cpu and and upgrade my ram or vice versa?
I want to play high end games at atleast high graphics without any hiccups and some photo/video editing and 3d modelling.
I know my ram and cpu both will bottleneck my gaming performance but for now i can only upgrade only one of them because of my budget but i can collect money in a year or 2 for the other upgrade.

Please give me your feedback.
Thank you.

I would go with the MSI R9 270 and I would also prioritise upgrading your CPU over RAM, I'd go with the FX 6300. The VS550 is an okay PSU at best and will be a huge improvement over your stock PSU, but I've seen what is available in India for a similar price and you're not going to get much better than the VS550 unfortunately, though someone who knows some Indian hardware sites will hopefully come along and advise you better.
