Very few modern games will run on that, but I'd hugely recommend Shadowrun Returns (and the Dragonfall expansion, which makes the original campaign work better). It isn't demanding at all on the hardware. Obviously your tastes may differ though - we don't know what games you like.

Other than Shadowrun, look at games released 10 years ago or more (C&C Generals and Zero Hour, Neverwinter Nights with Hordes of the Underdark, Knights of the Old Republic). Or buy a new computer.
