AMD Phenom x4 955 B.E. High temperature

I read some threads about this cpu and his temp, but i wanted to ask personaly.
Here is picture of my temperatures when prime95 is runing - full load

and idle state

What should i do to downgrade temps.
Cooler is stock.

my eng is bad :)  sorry

Have you adjusted the voltage at all or is it on auto in the BIOS?

Temps are fine, upto 74C is safe for daily use, and given you have stock cooler, they're alright. What is the ambient temp?

Its auto in bios, should i set manualy?

Ambient temp is about 20 degrees celsius.

The temps are warm but fine, no need to worry, unless you go in late 70s.
