Hey guys i don't know much about computer's so please go easy on me.

i m building my first ever gaming rig......i have few questions that are bothering me,so pls pls help me.....

i have already got

Zotac GTX 780 Ti OC Graphic Card
Intel i7 4770k Processor
Corsair Vengeance 2133 Mhz Ram

And these are the things i m planning to buy soon

Seagate Baracuda 1 TB 7200rpm 64mb HDD
MSI Z87-G43 gaming motherboard
Corsair RM 650w PSU
Corsair Carbide Spec-03 Case
Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo CPU Cooler
NATEC GENESIS RX66 Gaming Keyboard
SPILL GENESIS GX77 Gaming Mouse
CoolerMaster 120X120 Fans (Planning to buy 3 of them)
Microsoft x360 Controller
Gembird MHS-402 Gaming Headphones

My Qusetions Are

1.Is MSI Z87-G43 is a good motherboard (not much into overclocking CPU or RAM).
2.Is Corsair RM 650w is good enough for my rig. (remember i have Zotac GTX 780Ti OC)
3.Will Hyper 212 evo fit into Corsair Carbide Spec-03 Case (very very important)
4.How do u measure a heat sink dimensions for ur Case. (its usually like 90x100x148....how do u understand it and what 90x100x148 stands for like which one is height, lenght or just?)

The components that i m plannig to buy are affordable for me can't go for ASUS motherboards they are costly in my region....so guys if something is not good enough so pls recommend me a component of the price which is somewhat same as the parts i mentioned above.

My maximum budget is 716.04 U.S Dollars According to Google currency converter.....

I really can't afford more than 715 U.S Dollars.....

And guys some of these components may be cheaper or costly in ur Country/Region.

Pls guys help me out.........would really appreciate the help.

Answers to questions:
1) Don't go for MSI ache to bad QC.
2) Yes good choice. It is a Tier 2 Class A PSU.
3) 157mm is the maximum height of CPU cooler it supports. The CM Hyper 212 Evo is a cm or two taller. So no it will not fit unless you can modify the side panel.
4) Look for the height in the official website. Or you could just search it up on Google as there should be the threads about this.

Edit: Get the GTX 970 or 980 instead.

GTX780ti is pointless now that the GTX970 is out.

I am not sure how much it is in your region. But for the GTX 970 or GTX 980, I would recommend an Asus or Gigabyte.

Yes Gigabyte has great motherboards. And their Gaming series is probably their best for the Z97 series. So if it is the only good one available in your region, then proceed I guess.
