Power Supply for AMD fx 8350 GTX 770 & 16 gb Ram

My PC build is of the configuration
AMD fx 8350
GTX 770
16 gb ddr3 Ram

Budget for power supply : around $100
The rest of the configuration is based on the budget. Just wished to know about the PSU. Some people recommended me Corsair VS 650... is 650 Watt enough?

You will need at least 600W if you proceed with that build (overclocking included).

And if you haven't got the GTX 770, I would recommend the GTX 970.

GeForce recommends at least 600w PSU for a single 770, and make sure the PSU has a 6-pin & 8-pin PCIe power connector.

Gtx 970 is way out of my budget.
Got the 770 for just ₹ 17,000 that is $ 276.50 on big billion day on flipkart.com
The price margin is just too compelling.
