I'd go with B85M D3H, great MoBo, good heatsinks and VRMs, fine for the intended OC (with an af CPU cooler).

I'd go either the Gigabyte/Asus, both solid boards for the price. Of the two, as listed above, It is the Gigabyte; only board with VRM cooling (heatsinks), and would be my puck of the lot. Compared to the ASRock, both of those boards have the ability to support up to 32GB Ram, if that is ever needed. Only advantage of the ASRock is the better chipset.

if you got 2x4GB Ram, the ASRock board will be prevented to add more ram later on, you'd have to scrap your ram and buy a new kit or buy a new motherboard, not the best planning if that wore the case.

I'd still stick with the Gigabyte.

GigaByte holds as my choice. Also, be careful in adding memory, you must add an identical set with same speeds, timings and ofc brand.

yep, if not identical to the same, it doesn't tend to work. It's best to just buy the exact same kit as you have.

Different chipset is the main thing, though the board looks almost identical.

No real world difference, chipsets are different but I can't figure out a significant difference b/w the two.
