Shared folders among different users

Hello everybody,

I'm not new to PC or Windows, however all this time I used a simple scheme: 1 user, same User/Docs, /Pictures, /Movies, /Downloads folder for me and my wife (only in User/Docs I had mine/wife's/common folder).

With Win8.1 (Pro) I started to want using different Windows Users (mine/wife's/guest) in order to have different Desktop programs, icons or wallpapers (childish, I know), different "most used" apps or "recent" documents, auto-login to Gmail or Facebook depending on what user is logged into Windows (not logging out/in everytime I use PC after my wife or vice versa) etc.

And I have those 3 users now (mine as admin, my wife as a user and a guest), I like the autologin, different dekstops etc, BUT I can't make folders like Pictures, Music, Movies, Torrents work as "fully shared": both users (or maybe even the 3 users: guest included) can read/write and it's the main Pictures/Music/Movies folder for both (or all) users.

Moreover, I have 2 PCs (laptop and stationary) at home and I'd love to make same Users (with same Desktop and Settings) on both PCs but also with read/write permissions on Music/Movies/Pictures folders from both PC's.

Can anyone help how to organize users and their main folders correctly?

Thanks,
Evaldas
