upgrading graphics card need help from GTX 260

ok Im going to try to post my computer info (let me know if theres a better way)
but basicly i bought this computer a while back and I dont game to hard on it
mostly like league of legends or something (not graphic intense) but i just got shadow or mordor
and i cant run due to graphics card.
below is my currrent set up Im just looking for a link or card that i can swap out because everything else was ok (processor and stuff)
TL;DR need to update graphics card ( trying to stay under $300) to make sure it will fit my PC specs below

Spend $30 more and get a 970, that way when you are ready to upgrade your CPU, RAM and motherboard, you are ready for it graphically.

First-
You can install ATI graphics card. Your system board or CPU doesn't care what brand it is.

Second:
I don't see the need to upgrade anything else right now.

What PSU do you have?

What brand PSU? This is important.

The NVIDIA will be your best option, but it is more expensive. The 290 is still a very nice card.

The 970 (145w) requires less power than the 260 (182w).

Both require 6+2 pin, so you actually should be just fine.

Just measure how much room you actually have for the new GPU. They can be quite long.

It is a good time for upgrade since your current GPU is DX10,go for GTX 970 it is the best option.
