NEWBIE QUESTION: Is it possible to transfer the MOBO of a Lenovo Thinkcentre m58p to another case?? If its possible can anyone recommend a case?? And what to look for a case?? I'm asking this because I am not sure what the motherboard size is (eg. If its ATX, BTX, etc.)

The OEM website does not specify the MoBo size, but most tend to be mATX (also known as uATX) or ATX or mini ITX. There are plenty of cases which support these sizes. Most mid towers support it. Corsair 200R is good one. Any of the cases from the following list would do:

It's a micro ATX and will fit in a MID tower. It is possible because I took apart an old gateway and put it inside a ULTRA mid tower for my nephews lightgaming RIG (Man the core 2 duo E4300(lol) can handle gmod nicely for him!) So yes it's possible!
