Looking for a motherboard

I was wondering what a good motherboard would be for this build. In the price range of $150-180.

Good build, I'd go with GigaByte Z97 Gaming 7, feature ladden, great for OCing, in your budget:

Also, consider swapping the PSU for EVGA B2, its a lot better than B1, higher quality PSU.

Thank you, i've added the B2: as for the motherboard it seems to have everything I need. thank you very much :)
