Guys do you think my Antec HCG-520w is enough for the Gigabyte gtx 970 G1?

Yep, plenty. 970 is a 150W TDP card, and unless you're running a 220W FX 9, you'll be all good, OCing included :)

Your current CPU is plenty for the card, no need to upgrade.
