Hello, will Gigabyte 970A-UD3P AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 work with an AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz processor?

Also, i have an nvidia 760 gtx video card, and 8 gigs of ram.
Will a 500 W power source suffice?

Yep the MoBo is great, would run with ease. And a high quality 500W can pull it off, what specific model are we talking about?

It's the Urano SX 500.
Heres a link: http://www.pcgarage.ro/surse/nox/urano-sx-500/

Also, i have a 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EARS-00Y5B1 ATA Device (SATA) hard disk , will that also work on it, cause this info worries me : http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/GigaByte/Gigabyte_GA-970A-...

Also, i don't think ill be able to SLI my video card (if i decide to, at any point).

The PSU is poor quality, don't use it for a new build, get a good 500W+ PSU from Antec/ EVGA/ XFX/ SeaSonic, XFX pro 550W or EVGA 600B or SeaSonic 520W S12II are good options, if available in your region.

The HDD would work, its SATA 3Gb/s and SATA ports are backwards compatible.

Also, you can't SLI on a 970 MoBo, you'll need 990FX for that, and secondly, the mentioned PSUs will not have enough wattage to support SLI, you'd need a 750W one.
