Hi All,

I just installed an i5 3570k, with a noctua c14 on top. I've checked the mounting twice, and it was fine every time. My idle temp seems weird. Anyone have any suggestions, or should i just leave it as it and overclock as planned?

Ambient: 24 degrees
Idle
Core 0: 18 degrees
Core 1: 38 degrees
Core 2: 37 degrees
Core 3: 32 degrees

Ignore the core temps, they often vary, if the package temp is fine, then all's well. Continue to OC as planned, the temps look fine to me.

Bad reading, you cant get lower than ambient temp with air cooling. Try downloading a newer version of HWmonitor.
