My (final) PC build, need feedback and answers

Hi, I've been posting 2 threads here the last couple days and I have come to my final build for now. I would like to hear opinions. I am not so much looking for complete different builds, but feedback about the components I have chosen is really welcome. I am looking to play new games at high settings (doesn't have to be the highest) such as Rome II: Total war. This is my set-up:

Cooler Master K-380 Advanced 3.0 (case)
Intel Core i5-4460 (processor)
Cooler Master tx3 Evo (fan)(edited, had a graphic card here by accident for some reason)
Asus B85M-G (motherboard)
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600 (RAM)
Nvidea GTX 760 2GB (or could I do with GTX 750?)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14, 1 TB (harddrive)
Icidu PCI 7.1 Soundcard (do I need this with this motherboard?)
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 Plus Bluetooth (network card)
Cooler Master B500 600 watt (power supply)
Samsung SH-224BB/BEBE (DVD burner)

I am looking for answers to:
1. Should this fit my needs?
2. Are these parts compatible? (most important)
3. Do I need a sound card with this motherboard?
4. Do I need the nvidia GTX 760 or would a GTX 750 suffice?

Thanks a lot for any feedback! Please do not provide completely different builds. If you have a reason for me to change a certain component I'd gladly hear it though!

Yes everything is ok, but idk about that PSU

Take a look here, and choose a tier one or tier two PSU. I would use the money to get a gtx 970 since they are faster and suck up less power than the 700 cards. If that is just one 8 GB stick I would recommend you to get just 2x4 GB so that you an get dual channel and dual...

why do you have a GTX 750 Ti as a fan? a 760 may be in your range if you want to go on the higher side of settings, but even most newer cards can't run Rome II on max settings.

So what is your point? Should I get a better fan? And do you have any answers to other questions?

First off why do you have two seperate cards? *750 ti 2GB (fan) and then get a 760? The cards with aftermarket coolers will cool just fine and besides those are two seperate cards so they won't work together. No you do not need a sound card with that board. one 8GB stick I wouldn't recommend, 2x4 GB sticks will take advantage of dual channel and will perform better. Everything else is ok, but I would use the money you wanted to use buying the sound card and that 750ti(fan) for a speedier processor.

I see the problem now. I accindentally copy pasted the wrong items, and pasted the older GTX 750 graphic card where my ''Cooler Master tx3 evo'' fan should have been. Thanks for pointing that out. Could you now tell me if this actual set up is decent and complete?

And I will remove the sound card. Thanks for pointing that out aswell.
