Okay, after reading *alot* about connecting an EGPU though an PCIe port, i have found that this is very much possible (correct me if im wrong). The only thing that could ruin that setup would be a lack of bandwidth as the product of an inferioer PCIe slot.
I have found out (via SiSoftware Sandra) that i have multiple PCIe slots in my laptop computer, not surpriseingly. Most of the PCIe slots are 1.0 1x, witch are too slow for running an EGPU though, but there is one 3.0 16x slot that my current internal GPU is running though (information gotten via. SIsoftware Sandra) my hope and question for you guys is, is it possible to simply unplug the IGPU plug in an adapter an connect it to an EGPU?
I also have another GPU in my laptop, for less demanding tasks if that changes anything.

If more information is needed please just say so and i will provide them:)
(i have pictures of the PCIe but dont know hos to upload them)

1. I've never seen a GPU listed for a laptop on any site for sale.
2. They're generally soldered onto the system.

I understand that this( the link) is not possible, but what they want to do is not the same as what i want to, they want to replace the gpu inside the laptop. I want to remove the old gpu, yes, but i want to replace it with an external gpu with an external psu connected to it.
As for 1. I dont want i buy a gpu for a laptop, im planning on buying a PE4L or whatever they are called and connect that through the pcie slot that the current internal gpu is soceted in. Thus removing the old gpu, i know this is possible because i have already had the gpu disconnected, the problem is that the pcie slot for my internal gpu dont look like an regular pcie slot.
