In-Game Graphics/Resolution Horror

My graphics/resolution in-game have gone awry. Menus and desktop are fine, but in game it's a mush. Can't even read the options. Only 2 games seem to be unaffected. Can someone suggest how to fix this?

Thanks dextermat. It's hard to even see the options, let along change them, :pt1cable:. Yes, it's really that bad. But where I can, it makes no difference at all. Changes to either graphics quality or resolution have no effect. Yet two games run fine, and desktop and internet are dandy. It's very strange.
