I just got a brand new DeathAdder and sadly I am running in to problems already. The cursor won't move, however I can click (both right and left) and scroll AND all the lights turn on etc and Synapse also detects it but I can't move the cursor at all...

-It has the exact same problem on my laptop
-I have tried starting in safe mode, same problems there.
-I am running Windows 7 on my PC and Vista on the laptop
-Everything works, except moving the mouse itself...

Same problem with two machines, either
1) There are drivers that need to be installed, or
2) RMA it and get one that works.

I installed the drivers and still the problem persisted, however I uninstalled HID-compliant mouse drivers in device manager and restarted the PC which resulted in the mouse working for about 2 hours before the problem sprung up again. I restarted the PC, plugged my other mouse in and checked the device manager and uninstalled the HID-compliant mouse drivers again. Then it lasted for about 5 minutes and the problem came up again and the solution I used before seems to not work anymore. Could it be that the standard USB mouse drivers are conflicting with the DeathAdder driver somehow?
