Hiya, I have recently purchased a low spec gaming desktop pc and would like to start upgrading it. However, at the moment, I currently have "Onboard AMD Radeon HD 8570D graphics" and was wondering if I would still be able to add in the new graphics card that I desire...

Here is the pc I have: http://www.freshtechsolutions.co.uk/custom-built-comput...

Here is the graphics card: http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/produc...

Would I be able to add this to my computer?

Many thanks... :)

Yes, but I would strongly recommend getting a better power supply, the one in that PC seems to be very low quality.

That should work, however you may want to check and see what the brand of power supply is many custom builders use very bad power supplys.

Absolutely. Buy that video card and throw it in. You may want to upgrade the power supply a little but I think you'll be just fine.

Yes you can but be warned the power supply in that thing is complete garbage and and it could very well destroy your entire computer very soon.

See that 4 people tell you the power supply is bad within a minute of each other that should tell you something.

According to the Sapphire requirements you need
4GB RAM
6 pin power for the GPU
PCI-E port

Looks like you meet all those, however I can't be certain about the power supply. Check that you have the GPU power cable, which is a 6 pin connector.

What power supply would you reccomend? Something fairly cheap would be good...

I will Nth the above guys with one addendum, custom build *often* use cheap PSU's.

Often does not mean all, there are some good custom builders out there who use brand name parts, rather than el cheapo firestarters.

Let us know what is there for the PSU. Odds are brand name from the back of the PSU will be enough for someone to say if good enough or best to replace.
