Signs of a faulty PSU?

My computer has been having a problem for a few months now where it will randomly cut the power, and then turn on by itself after 3-4 seconds.

Sometimes it will run fine for many hours. I once fixed the problem for about a month just by plugging it into a different wall socket. But now it's back and I can't get rid of it. One time, it turned off by itself and I couldn't turn it on. After about 10 minutes it automatically turned itself back on.

I have run memtest for 8 passes with no failures, I updated the bios and I have done stress tests on GPU and CPU. The only other things I can think of is PSU and motherboard.

Really worried because I dont want to have to deal with the stress of removing everything to RMA the motherboard. Do you guys think this is a faulty psu?

I already used speccy to see my voltages and they appear to be fine. I don't understand why the PC is able to turn back on after 3-4 seconds. Shouldn't it just stay off?

I am using a surge protector, however when I plugged it into the wall the problem stopped happening for a month. However now it's back no matter if I'm plugged into surge protector or wall socket. I've even tried another wall socket but the problem keeps happening.
