Need quick help deleting a file: "Can't read from the source file or disk" error.

Sorry, I'm not sure which forum topic to post in.
Basically, I'm helping a friend free up storage on his PSP memory stick and there's this .iso file I can't delete. I've tried everything I can think of, including 3rd party software. I'll just post a picture of what happens when I try to Right click > Delete, and respond to any suggestions mentioned here.

Hey ViperMusashi. This might have happened if the file is corrupted. I would suggest that you backup whatever you have important on that card and reformat it, just to be on the safe side. You could also do a SCANDISK on the card using your computer or try a different program from what you've been using before, to try and delete the iso file.
