It will not be called a gaming PC but

It will be less than 300$ and you can play COD Ghosts, Watch_Dogs, COD BLACK OPS2, on low fps but playable.

I can say that because i have 3-4 people in contact who are using these specs and they just play they have nothing to do with the fps.
but if you really want to be standing in future games than i suggest rise your budget and build something that help you in future,
