Which Psu I should I get?

So I'm trying to decide which psu I should I get. A Ultra Pro LSP 650 watts power supply for $50 or Cooler master 700w for $30
I'm building my first pc rig and this is My Pc Specs:
Fx 6300 Cpu(Black edition)
Hyper X 120GB SSD
Sapphire r9 270x
Asrock 970 extreme 4 Mobo
Phanteks luxe pro Case
Looking for what ram to get, thinking about the corsair vengeance 8gb

Neither i would get a corsair cx500 in that price range. You do not need 600 watts 500 is plenty.

Get The Ballistix

it doesn't matter. you can get any RAM from G.skill, Kingston, Corsair, Crucial.

Ultra LSP= teir 5 garbage and I imagine the Coolermaster isn't any better. Here is a tiered list, you want a 500w(or larger) unit from Tier 1 or 2(a and b).

The PSU is not the area to get cheap and bad PSU can literally destroy the whole system.

If you buy a CX(teir 3) plan on having to buy another PSU in a year. The cheap capacitors they use don't last long. I have used 5 of them and 4 failed in a year and i shelved the 5th(preventative replacement).

The CX500 , CX600 , and the GS600 are the 3 power supplies with the highest failure rates.

The old Corsair CX used to be built by Seasonic; that may be what you have, OR there is so little load on it that it hasn't heated up, which is what the cheap capacitors can't take.
The PSU is not the place to go cheap. Buy less expensive RAM or a less expensive case in order to get the better PSU.

Thank you everyone for your inputs on what to get. Now that I got some understanding on the psu to get. I believe ill get the xfx 550w for this build and see how it goes.

Just a suggestion , the capstone is made by the best Super Flower , but the XFX is first rate also.
